                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 
                   AGREEMENT WITH TRI-STATE TESTING AND 
                   DRILLING, APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 18411, 
                   SO AS TO ADD TESTING SERVICES RELATIVE TO 
                   CONTRACT 37D1, LOWER AMNICOLA PARALLEL 
                   INTERCEPTOR, WITH NO INCREASE IN THE 
                   ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Agreement with Tri-State Testing 
       and Drilling, which was approved by Resolution No. 18411 on 
       January 2, 1990, be and is hereby amended so as to add testing 
       services relative to Contract 37D1, Lower Amnicola Parallel 
       Interceptor, with no increase in the original contract amount of 
       $13,510.00, without prior approval.
